  23.              SHIFT - retain fire direction (if keyboard selected)
  24.                  1 - set player speed = slow
  25.                  2 - set player speed = intermediate
  26.                  3 - set player speed = fast
  27.                 F5 - set game speed = normal
  28.                 F6 - set game speed = fast 1 (requires fast system)
  29.                 F7 - set game speed = fast 2 (requires fast system)
  30.                 F8 - set game speed = faster (requires fast system)

  32.         Note to keyboard users:  Always use the keys on the numeric
  33.         keypad; never use the inverted-T cursor keys.  The keyboard
  34.         has certain hardware limitations which prevent the desired
  35.         use of certain keystroke combinations.  Use the "5" key on
  36.         the numeric keypad for downward action (move or fire).
